Job summary

Waves, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Columbia, TN. You will assist individuals with disabilities in daily living, support independence, and participate in community activities.

Training is provided, and you will work with a supportive team to implement individualized care plans. We offer a weekend uplift of $1/hour, paid training, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
