Job summary

Waves, Inc. in Dickson, TN is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities. You will follow individualized care plans and work closely with a supportive team to promote independence and safety.

We offer $16/hour base with a $1/hour weekend differential, paid training, multiple shifts, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.
