Job summary

Waves, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Tennessee to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities. You’ll help build independence, follow care plans, and create a supportive, respectful environment.

We offer paid training, weekend shift premium, multiple shift options (including PRN), and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. This is a rewarding, in-person role with growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
