Job summary

Waves, Inc. in Centerville, TN is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to help individuals with disabilities lead meaningful, independent lives. You’ll work in-person providing daily living support and adaptive activity guidance.

We offer $16/hour, plus $1/hour for weekend shifts, paid training, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Multiple shifts available with opportunities for growth and longevity bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
