Waves, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and want a job that matters—we’ll train you.

Join Waves and provide daily living support, help build independence, and participate in community outings. We offer $16/hour, with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts, paid training, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
