Job summary

Waves, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives. You will provide daily living support, assist with community outings, and follow individualized care plans in a safe, respectful environment.

You will work in-person, with weekend shifts available and a path to growth, plus paid training and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person at all times.
