Waves, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives.

If you’re compassionate, reliable, and want a job that matters—we’ll train you. You will provide daily living support, help individuals build independence, assist with community outings, follow individualized care plans with your team, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.

What You’ll Do

• $16/hour, with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts
• Paid Training
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and PRN shifts available
