Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Canonsburg, PA and surrounding Washington County areas. This part-time role offers growth potential up to 40 hours and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Canonsburg, PA 15317 and surrounding Washington county areas

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
