Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Cranberry Township is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve personal goals.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and access to training, scholarships, and career growth within a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in the following areas:

• Cranberry Township, Zelienople and surrounding areas

What You'll Do

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

Up to $19.00/hr.

• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules
• Multiple shifts available
• Work close to home
