Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Zelienople is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role includes helping clients build confidence, gain independence, and celebrate life-changing milestones.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in the following areas:

• Zelienople, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas

What You'll Do

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

Up to $19.00/hr.

• Weekly pay
