BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Lancaster County, PA. In home and community settings, you will accompany clients one-on-one, fostering independence and meaningful daily activities.

The role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow up to 40 hours/week, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Training and clinical support accompany strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to provide transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings.

We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lancaster County and surrounding areas! In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a trusted companion and mentor to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them live fuller, more independent lives.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Empowering independence
• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Provide clients with transportation on errands, appointments and community outings
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $18-19/hr
• Weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
• Options for mileage reimbursement

• Ability to provide clients with transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings
