Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities. You’ll help with daily routines, independence, and meaningful activities, while following individual support plans to ensure safety and dignity.

Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts available, part-time and full-time roles, no prior experience required with training provided.

Qualifications

• Kind, dependable, and patient individuals who genuinely care.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Required to pass PA background clearances.
• Comfortable working independently while part of a team.
• Experience is a plus—but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines like meal prep, personal care, and household tasks.
