Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You’ll help them build independence, confidence, and meaningful daily lives, supporting routines and community participation.

Ideal candidates are kind, reliable, and patient, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass PA background clearances.
