Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with IDD in their homes and communities, helping build independence, routines, and community connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks).

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.
