Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with IDD in their homes and communities. DSPs help individuals build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.

DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.
