Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) in Bucks County seeks compassionate DSPs to support adults with IDD in homes and communities, helping them live more independently and participate in meaningful activities. You’ll follow individual support plans, assist with daily tasks, promote safety and dignity, encourage self-advocacy, and document progress while collaborating with a supportive team.

Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts; part-time and full-time opportunities; training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass PA background clearances.
• IDD experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities such as meal prep, personal care, and household tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily activities like meal prep, personal care, and household tasks
