Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services seeks Direct Support Professionals in the Troy, OH area. No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, including CPR, First Aid, and medication administration.

We offer paid training, a full benefits package for full-time employees, PTO, annual pay increases, flexible schedules, and an employee referral program. Walk-ins are welcome every Monday from 11am–3pm at 7695 Poe Ave, Dayton.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with car insurance and reliable vehicle.
• MV-43 background criteria: MVR must meet criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities; promote independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.

• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
