Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Youngstown, OH, is hiring Direct Support Professionals for a variety of shifts with $17.00-$18.00 per hour. Interview days are Tuesdays from 10 AM to 12 PM at our office. Training is provided, with benefits and paid time off for full-time staff.

Positions include both full-time and part-time openings. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid OH driver’s license. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid OH driver’s license and car insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living skills.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean environment.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety sono experience is required.
