Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking DSPs to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required. Join a team that values independence, safety, and person-centered care.

We offer paid training including CPR, First Aid and medication administration, a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, paid time off, and a variety of flexible schedules. Candidates of all ages are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Own a reliable vehicle to transport individuals.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• MVR must meet ViaQuest's criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily life.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a safe living environment.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
