Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Dayton, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training is provided in full, so no prior experience is required, and you can start a healthcare career with a strong benefits package.

This on-site role offers pay between $17.50 and $18.50 per hour, paid training, comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, PTO, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety sono experience is required.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED
• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
