Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent lives in their homes and communities.

As a DSP you’ll follow individualized plans, assist with daily routines, support community activities, and ensure safety and dignity while collaborating with a supportive team that values meaning over pay.

Qualifications

• Kind, dependable, patient individuals who genuinely care.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• PA background clearances are required.
• Comfortable working independently while part of a team.
• Experience is a plus—but not required; training is provided.
