Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with IDD in homes and communities across Bucks County, PA. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and help participation in community activities.

We value compassion and reliability. Training is provided; a valid PA background check is required, with preference for drivers and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid PA background clearances required.
• Comfortable working independently within a supportive team.
• Experience with IDD is a plus, but training is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For

• Kind, dependable, and patient people who genuinely care

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred


• Ability to pass PA background clearances


• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team


• Experience with IDD is a plus, but not required(we provide training)
