Job summary

Thrive CSS is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Lower Bucks County, PA. You will provide community-based services that promote independence, stability, and long-term success for individuals and families.

As a DSP, youll support daily activities, encourage self-advocacy, and help clients participate in community activities, employment, and social opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling and weekly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass PA background clearances.
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Experience with IDD is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
