Job summary

JWJ HOLDINGS LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals / Caregivers (DSPs) to support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and group home settings in Utah. We offer full-time and PRN positions with flexible hours and a pay range of $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience.

In-person, community-focused roles include tasks such as shopping, meal prep, transportation, budgeting, personal hygiene, housekeeping, and engaging clients in community activities.

• Be a mentor, using effective teaching techniques to help clients achieve goals in employment, money management, building relationships, and discovering enjoyable recreational activities.
• Enhance the lives of adults with disabilities by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.

We have both full-time and PRN (as-needed) positions open, so this works whether you want steady full-time hours, flexible part-time work, a way to give back, or even a part-time gig for empty nesters.

As a DSP / Caregiver, your role will be to:

• Support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible.
• Provide assistance in areas like shopping, meal prep, transportation, budgeting, personal hygiene, housekeeping, and helping clients engage in community activities.

We're hiring for:

Full-time and PRN (as-needed) positions with flexible schedules

Pay:

$15 - $18/hr depending on experience

Expected hours:

10-40 hours per week (full time or PRN)

Schedule Options:

• 4-8 hour shifts

• Weekends only

Work Location:

In-person, directly in the community and the Group Home/Facility assigned to the clients
