Job summary

Quality Care in Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals needing support and improve their quality of life. You will provide compassionate care and assist clients in home settings, helping them achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, and supporting client goals. Flexible full- and part-time shifts are available with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Valid driver7s license and reliable transportation required.
• Pass background checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Pass background checks
