Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities statewide. Full-time, part-time, and weekend roles available with competitive pay.

Responsibilities include helping individuals learn life skills, encouraging community participation, ensuring safety per service plans; requires high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.
