Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level). You will assist clients in building independent living skills, motivate and support individuals with developmental challenges, and help plan tasks to reach goals.

Requires a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Full-Time/32 hours weekly, Mon-Thu 6:00AM-2:00PM, with training provided and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Background check required per state standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

NOW HIRING A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL MEMBER (Entry-Level)

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Full-Time/32 hours per week: Driver's License Required

Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 2:00PM

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organizetasksand schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
