Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring an entry-level Direct Support Professional in Lake Forest, CA. The role requires no prior experience or caregiver certificate, with on-the-job training provided.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, for 32 hours per week; a valid driver’s license is required. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($19.50-$20.00) and benefits eligibility, including life insurance, EAP, and optional health coverage after onboarding.

Full-Time/32 hours per week: Driver’s License Required Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 2:00PM
