Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring a Direct Care Staff Member (Entry-Level) in Laguna Woods, CA. This full-time position is 40 hours per week and trains you in caregiving skills to support clients with developmental disabilities.

No experience or caregiver certificate is required; training is provided. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required. Hourly pay starts at $19.50–$20.00 with benefits after 30 days.

NOW HIRING A DIRECT CARE STAFF MEMBER (Entry-Level)

Monday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Tuesday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Wednesday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Thursday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Friday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Requirements:

• Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, safe and operational vehicle

What You'll Do (Job Duties):

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organise tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
