Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team across LA and Orange Counties. We offer flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time positions, with weekend shifts required on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) in daily activities.
• Mentor, teach, guide, and advocate for clients.
• Assist with Community Access and Personal Care.
• Coordinate Medical Appointments and transportation as needed.
• Facilitate Peer Interactions and Recreational Activities.

What You Need To Apply

• Be 21+ years old
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
