Job summary

Modern Support Services in LA and Orange Counties is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. You will provide community access, personal care, and advocacy, working as part of a compassionate team in a dynamic, supportive environment.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible shifts, weekend rotation, and ongoing training. A valid CA driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous human services experience is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with I/DD in the community.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Accompany to medical appointments.
• Encourage peer interactions and social participation.
• Facilitate recreational activities and outings.

What You Need To Apply
