Job summary

Spread Your Wings LLC is hiring a Direct Care Staff Member (Entry-Level) in Lake Forest, CA. This full-time, 32-hour-per-week role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check.

No prior caregiver certification is needed; training is provided. You will work evenings Monday through Friday, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required by state standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and a safe vehicle.
• Entry-level caregiver role with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene).
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules to promote goal achievement.
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes.
