Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist an individual with IDD in home and community settings. You will help build independence, establish meaningful routines, and foster strong community connections.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, skill development, and supporting participation in community life while following care plans and health protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid PA driver’s license with reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.
