Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with IDD in their homes and communities. DSPs help build independence, routines, and strong community connections.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and following individual support plans. Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.
