Job summary

Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with IDD in their homes and communities. DSPs help build independence, routines, and strong community connections.

You will support daily living activities, promote social participation, and follow individualized support plans, while maintaining health, safety, and dignity for those in your care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.

DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.

Responsibilities
