Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meal prep, budgeting, housekeeping).
• Provide personal care and supervision, teach daily living skills, support transition to less restrictive settings.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
• Complete paperwork and maintain communication with residents, families and guardians.
