Job summary

Community Partners NH seeks a Direct Support Professional for the Day Program to assist clients with daily living and goal attainment. You will promote independence, creativity, and personal achievement while delivering compassionate, hands-on care.

The role includes a $1000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, family-friendly work culture. Hiring locations include Dover, Rochester and Milton, New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use provided technology to perform job requirements.
• Must hold a valid drivers license and show proof of vehicle liability coverage.
