Community Partners NH is seeking a Direct Support Professional for our Day Program in New Hampshire. You will work directly with clients to help them achieve personal goals and daily activities in a supportive environment.

This role emphasizes encouraging creativity, independence, and a sense of achievement, with a family-friendly team atmosphere and community-focused mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform job requirements.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
