Job summary

Behavioral Health and Developmental Services of Strafford County, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Day Program in New Hampshire.

You will work directly with clients to help them succeed in their goals and daily life activities, encouraging creativity, independence, and an overall sense of achievement. This nonprofit role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Directly support clients in the Day Program to help them achieve goals and daily life activities.
• Encourage creativity, independence, and an overall sense of achievement.
• Assist with daily living activities and adherence to program goals.
