Community Partners seeks a Direct Support Professional for the Day Program to work directly with clients, helping them achieve goals and daily living skills. You will encourage creativity, independence and an achievement-oriented mindset in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
