Our House, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals in New Jersey to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes and apartments. You will support daily living skills, personal growth, and community inclusion, ensuring health, safety, and well-being.

We offer paid training, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits. Roles include Full-Time and Part-Time shifts on evenings and weekends, with group interview as part of our transparent process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurable record and ability to pass MVR check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; able to drive between sites; comfortable driving agency vans.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs; document medications accurately.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities using agency vehicles.
• Facilitate community inclusion and activities; ensure safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and log shift summaries.
