Qualifications

• Experience with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred but not required; training provided.
• Patient, compassionate and dependable.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Background checks and DDD-mandated training will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals in homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meals.
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and outings.
• Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans as directed.
• Administer medication as trained and authorized where applicable.
• Document services accurately per NJ DDD requirements.
• Communicate with families, care teams, and staff regarding needs and progress.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
