Job summary

In Good Company is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey. We offer both full-time and part-time positions and provide comprehensive training.

You will assist with daily living activities, accompany individuals to appointments and community activities, and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willing to learn and follow care plans.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on support in homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Support participation in community activities and appointments.
• Follow care plans and behavior support plans.
• Administer medication as trained (where applicable).
• Document services and communicate with families and care team.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, person-centered environment.
