Carey Services, Inc is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in the Marion, IN area.

You will assist with daily living tasks, support independence, and help participants engage with the community, while maintaining safety and accurate documentation. This role offers both part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain agency insurability requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to learn basic principles of teaching with provided instruction.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and daily living assistance as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals with intellectual, physical or developmental disabilities in daily living tasks.
• Help individuals achieve independence and meet personal goals.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and community participation.
• Maintain accurate records for billing, notes and documentation.
• Take individuals to activities and appointments following safety rules.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and build trust with individuals and families.
