Help at Home in Marion, IN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

You will assist with daily living skills, encourage social participation, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 18 years old and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.

• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Accurately document care, activities, and progress.
