Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville, IN seeks a full-time Community Integration Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in the community. You will supervise daily activities, foster learning, and support employment and independent living goals.

The role offers weekday daytime hours, a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, and a 401k match. Vetted supports include flexible spending accounts and loan forgiveness options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility needs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs routinely and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must pass a Physical, Drug Screen, TB test, reference checks, and background checks.

Community Integration Professional

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Community Integration Professional (CIP) to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in the community. This position will support individuals with disabilities in completing volunteer work in the community and active learning programs to develop new life skills.
