Job summary

Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide community-based and home-based support. This role offers part-time, non-exempt hours with non-traditional shifts including second and third shifts.

Paid training, mileage reimbursement, and additional bonuses are available to help you support individuals in achieving daily living goals. As a DSP, you will contribute to a comfortable home setting, assist with activities, and celebrate special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily living and independence activities.
• Provide support with activities such as shopping, outings, and events.
• Use mentoring/coaching to promote self-reliance and personal growth.
