Job summary

Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in a supportive home setting. The role offers paid training, part-time shifts, non-traditional hours, and mileage reimbursement.

As a DSP you will assist residents with daily activities, accompany them on outings, celebrate special events, and apply mentoring skills to encourage self-reliance and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
