Job summary

Champaign Residential Services, Inc. (CRSI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Lima, Ohio. This part-time, non-exempt role offers a base pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour with paid training and additional bonuses.

Mileage reimbursement is available, and non-traditional hours may be offered to fit schedules. The DSP role involves supporting individuals in a home-like setting, helping with daily activities, and fostering independence while celebrating meaningful events.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• BMV record and background screenings.
