Job summary

Champaign Residential Services in Lima, OH is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our caregiving team. You will provide quality nursing services to residents based on each plan, ensuring standards meet Medicaid and state requirements.

We offer day and overnight shifts, paid training, and a union position with a $1000 sign-on bonus and up to $1500 referral bonus. Part-time, supportive team culture, and stable, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current License for Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings.
• Professional liability insurance is recommended.
• At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
• Ensure that CRSI's facilities operate under Medicaid, Ohio DODD, and other authorities' standards.
• Mentor/coaching to teach residents self-reliance.
